Job description:

  • Receive bookings from customers
  • Prepare SI & send a booking with a carrier
  • Make daily booking report from customers
  • Perform internal & external email communication
  • Build relationships with carriers
  • Compare sailing schedules as per inquiry
  • Allocate sh. bookings to core carriers
  • Arrange customer, overseas & carrier’s inquiry

Requirements: 

  • Max. 27 years old
  • Min. Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 3 (D3) degree from any majors
  • Have good communication skills and understand how to handle customer
  • Having knowledge or experience working in a freight forwarding company or export/import in a manufacturing company is preferable
  • Familiar with the document of Export-Import Declaration (PEB/PIB) and the process of data input to Customs Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI)
  • Comprehend the creating process of Bill Of Lading (B/L) documents
  • Have experience of working in an air freight forwarding company at least for 1-3 years
  • A computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft office ? Good at both spoken and written English
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure ? Possess strong leadership and good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Domicile in Cengkareng (preferable)
  • Work location: Cengkareng (Tangerang)
